Update- 2nd home purchase with Jeff:
We worked with Jeff to purchase another house and once again it was a great experience. He stays updated on the local markets and industry trends, has great communication, is organized, and has a great team supporting him (thank you, Tammy!).

First purchase:
We worked with Jeff to purchase a single family home and couldn’t be happier.

He’s even better than the reviews, somehow: We found Jeff based on his excellent reviews on numerous sites and therefore knew we would be working with the best. He still far exceeded our high expectations.

Jeff knows how to negotiate: There were numerous times where Jeff’s ability to negotiate caught me off guard, in a good way. I didn’t expect a realtor to have such a stake in the negotiation, as if it were him buying the property. One moment that stands out is when I thought we came to a good price, and then Jeff said, “I’m going to get more”... and he did! I won’t publish everything here, you’ll have to work with him to find out more.

In the end: We ended up closing on wonderful home for a great price. One day after our offer offer was accepted, the seller received two backup offers, one of which was full price. The fact that Jeff was able to get the price reduced on a house that was already competitively price is pretty impressive.

Jeff was a pleasure to work with: He has an easy going, relaxed demeanor. But don’t be fooled, he’s been doing this a while and I’m confident another agent wouldn’t have gotten us the deal we did.

It was a wonderful experience in working with Jeff Grant in selling our water front, ocean view condo in Placido Mar, West Palm Beach, FL. We were very impressed by the professional working style of Jeff and his team. Whenever we contacted him via email, message or call, his responses were within 30 minutes. Jeff and his team worked diligently in suggestion for improved presentation/showing, photography, etc. We were amazed by their efficiency: five days after our first meeting, the condo was on market; ten days later, an offer came with unexpected higher than the listing price; around five weeks, the sell for our condo was closed! We were most grateful that Jeff helped us to solve the furniture issues, and arranged for the installation for a new microwave, which were not usually in the work category for a listing agent.

I've been studying the real estate market in the Jupiter/North Palm Beach area for the past year in an effort to find the perfect winter home. In my internet searches, I came across very high praise and review scores for the Jeff Grant Team. I reached out to them and was connected with Eric Sensenbrenner as an expert buyer's broker.

Once I told Eric what I was looking for, he was like a dog with a bone. He contacted me whenever something that met my criteria hit the market. He thought outside the box. Once I saw his commitment, I started reaching out to him because he was willing to do whatever was needed to help me gather information. Jeff sold a condo for me a couple years ago so I called him again when I was selling this one. I couldn't beleive it, within the first week he had 2 showings and the 2nd person bought it fairly close to asking price.

Jeff takes professional pictures, does a ton of advertising and even prints full color brochures of your property.

Let me start by saying why I choose Jeff Grant. As I began my search for a realtor to sell my home I used many sites that promised quick responses from great realtors that would do everything to secure the prompt sale of my home and get us the most money. Jeff contacted me swiftly and often to try and become our realtor. Most others took at least two to three days to respond. Some even longer. Well his eagerness convinced me that he could be a good choice. After setting a meeting, Jeff arrived (with donuts) and presented himself in a professional manner and with the same eagerness to represent us to sell our home. With his use of every available tool at his command and with enthusiasm he proceeded to list our home at the price we wished. Even though the sale would have to be accomplished with the consideration in mind that the purchase of our new home was very contingent on the sale of this home Jeff made it clear that he would make every effort on his part to make that happen. And he did. Within a short period of time we were presented with multiple offers that eventually led to an acceptable offer for us. Jeff with his real estate knowledge managed to get the buyer up to a price we wanted to achieve. However as anyone who has dealt with the sale of a home can tell you there are always ups and downs to this type of a transaction. Closing date confusion, appraiser delays, bank mistakes and multiple delays did not deter Jeff from doing what he promised in finally closing an the sale. Even giving us some useful tips and the purchasing of our new home even though he was not our realtor for that purchase. (In hindsight I should have used Jeff for both). In conclusion if you or someone you know is need of a great realtor you could not go wrong contacting Jeff Grant.

This was my first experience working with a Realtor. We were working with another Realtor before we met Jeff. We were not satisfied with Realtor at all. Then we met Jeff, he was is a true Professional. My experience with Jeff was Excellent. He would send me new listings each day, followed up with a text or email asking if I wanted to see any of properties. I work strange hours, so Jeff was Excellent is setting up appointments on a short notice. He would negotiate with the other Realtor and always had my best interest first.
When we finally found a home, Jeff was instrumental in negotiations with the owner. Jeff took care of everything for us even after we agreed on a price.
